Late Monday, the company posted a statement saying that “resorts, including dining, entertainment and gaming are currently operational” and that 'guests remain able to access their hotel rooms and our front desk staff is ready to assist. It said reservations and casino floors in Las Vegas and states including Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York and Ohio were affected. It did not call it a cyberattack or specify which systems were affected.

On checking out I made a complaint I showed the front desk the bracelet. The day before we were in the grand canyon and any photos we took you can see that my bracelet is shiny and silver. Later on that day, I realised that my genuine Tiffany bracelet had become tarnished and stripped of its silver, and could only put it down to this happening from the lazy river. The reason I am giving only 1 star is because, on the Tuesday the day before we checked out, we decided after a hectic fun packed non stop few days, we would go down and use the lazy river. TV didn't work for 2 nights, on checking out they did deduct some resort fees which was really good on their part. Even when we requested the room to be cleaned no one came.

Out of the 5 nights we were there our room was cleaned only once. The hotel is fabulous, has everything you could want, its on the strip, so very central, theres lots of restaraunts and shows and shops, family friendly nd the staff went above and beyond to assist us, especially because we had a ten year old with us. We stayed in the MGM as a family in October.
